Winter Forecast 2010-2011: Heavier Snow for Chicago, Minneapolis and Detroit, Normal Snowfall for NYC, Philly and D.C.
The largest metropolitan areas in the middle of the Atlantic, have been pummeled with snow received last year, a break this winter, but this does not mean that there will be no snow shoveling .
