I agree with the consensus. It truly is better to be safe than to be sorry.

While I usually relish the chance to bash scientists I’m gonna pass this one up. In cases like this it is better safe than sorry. If a tsunami did happen like it did Chile and neighboring countries it would have been a even greater disaster than it already is. I would rather waste an afternoon than be washed out to sea or drown by a tsunami.

they should do this all the time. Any earthquake that affects the ocean everyone should evacuate immediately, like I don’t care what size it it.

Yes, especially if you own a retail store and you’re selling all of that stuff.

If you live in an coastal area prone to such events and you are not already prepared. Something is wrong anyway.

    peace :)

It is quite possible to believe that the experts were wrong due to potential “Miss Readings” from EQ or Software that was designed to prop up the “Global Warming ” satistics.

The Tsunami center got it wrong in Indonesia by not putting out a big enough warning, then they try to compensate the mistake made last time by creating media frenzy over the Chile earthquake anticipating another Tsunami and it was nothing major. Sounds like the Tsunami center is a joke and dont know what they are doing.

@SkyDaddy7 Nah, I don’t think Alex Jones is involved with that branch of conspiracy theories. Coast to Coast AM is more obsessed with HAARP.
